- Two 50 min sessions/month.
- In person or virtual
- $90 per session.
Your completely individualized program includes two 50 minute sessions per month. For your convenience we offer the option to hold our session either in person, or virtually via Zoom or Google meet. Your program starts with a complete Health History evaluation, which guides the customization of the 6 month plan. Clients are empowered to design their own actions to implement. I will provide a journal for the client to maintain and bring to each session. I’ll guide you with what to eat and what not to eat list of foods, along with suggested recipes. Your unique health and wellness plan is completely customized based on clients health history, journey and personal goals.
